Sara’s 25 year professional career includes working with leaders in Fortune 100 companies. She supports executives in developing change capability, in developing more leaders at more levels of the organization and in creating high performing teams. Her expertise spans change, organization design and effectiveness, talent development, training, marketing, business building and business development.

Sara earned a Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Communication from the University of Arkansas and holds leadership and executive coaching certifications including:  Professional Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation, certified executive coach from the Neuroleadership Institute, and certified in Conversational Intelligence.  She lives in Dallas, TX, with her husband.
