Sam Rioux
Sam has been with Brimstone Consulting Group since 2014 and provides research, logistics, and overall project support for our client engagements. He brings to Brimstone a varied background which has garnered a wealth of valuable skills in program management, communications, fundraising, community outreach, cross-cultural teamwork and leadership, and international relations. Prior to joining Brimstone, Samuel developed research and organizational strategies for Mercy Corps and the Organization of Youth Empowerment in Honduras. He has also interned as a research analyst with former Secretary of Defense William Cohen’s consulting group, The Cohen Group, in Washington, DC. Samuel’s studies have enabled international experiences in Honduras, the United Arab Emirates, India, and Kyrgyzstan. He is most interested in the nexus between business, development, and international security.
Sam earned an MA in Policy and International Affairs from the University of Maine in Orono. He also holds a BA in International Affairs from The George Washington University in Washington D.C.
