Natasha Galitskaya

Natasha provides logistics and overall project support for Brimstone consultants in the field as they deliver client engagements.

As Chief of Operations, Natasha collaborates with Brimstone’s leadership team to implement, coordinate, and improve best practices and ensure consistency of strategy across the organization. She oversees Brimstone’s leadership team operating cadence, helps drive new projects and lead strategic initiatives across the company while assisting with regular prioritization and planning. Prior to joining Brimstone, Natasha owned and operated Eat More Cheese, a successful retail specialty cheese and wine store in Belfast, Maine. Together with another co-founder, she built the business from ground up and was in charge of all facets of the business, including strategic planning, marketing, financial risk management and forecasting, day-to-day operations, hiring and training.

A Russian native, Natasha had spent 15 years living in the MidCoast Maine area, and currently resides in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, with her daughter.
