Mark Cross

Mark has served on a variety of engagements with Brimstone focusing on executive coaching and team alignment. Mark is also on the board of Dawn Foods, and an advisor to the board of Kruger, Inc., two large, private, family companies. Prior to Mark’s Brimstone work, he served as a senior executive with several Fortune 1000 companies including MeadWestvaco (now WestRock) and Kimberly-Clark. He has performed extensive work in Asia, Latin America, and Europe, having lived in Germany, England, and The Netherlands. He also guest lectures and mentors at the University of Richmond where he formerly served as Executive in Residence.

Mark holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maine, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He lives in Richmond, Virginia with his wife and two children.
