Julie Johnson
Julie Johnson spent her entire career following her passion for creating engaging and meaningful learning experiences for others, honing her craft as a facilitator, executive coach, team leader, and workshop designer. With over 20 years of experience in both consultancies and global enterprises, Julie blends a practical approach with a deep understanding of group dynamics, psychology, adult learning, and business demands.
Prior to joining Brimstone, Julie was with Staples, Inc. where she had leadership roles in learning & development, customer experience, quality management, and organizational development. As an executive coach, Julie works with leaders at all levels, including c-suite executives, new managers, and middle managers in transition to executive responsibility.
Julie earned a Masters Degree in History from the University of Illinois and holds leadership/personal development certifications including: Certified Professional Coach from iPEC Coaching, Hogan Assessments System Certification, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. She lives in Denver, CO with her husband and two children.
