Herbert Dreier

Herbert brings more than thirty years of experience as a consultant and coach to individuals, groups, and organizations across a wide variety of industries to the Brimstone team. Herbert´s approach focuses on impact, solutions, and reflective learning in an ever more complex world taking a systemic view. He combines this with his extensive background in leadership effectiveness, change management, and individual, team, and organizational development to provide a critical dimension to the facilitation of project delivery and human performance. His recent work includes engagements with global Automotive Companies, Banking Firms, IT and Software Companies and global Media Companies as well as Assignments with NGOs and the UN. Prior to joining the Brimstone team, Herbert was a partner with CCinternational.

Herbert received a Diploma of Psychology from the University of Mainz. Since 2009 he is the lead Coach and lecturer for the Coaching Education of Senior Executives at the EBS University for Economics and Law and has educated more than 700 Executives to become effective coaches. He also taught in a variety of courses for Leadership Development and Coaching Programs for Senior Executives led by Harvard and Insead Professors. Herbert lives close to Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
