What led you to Brimstone?
After a corporate career including several C-Suite positions in IT, I made the transition to coaching and consulting. Brimstone provided an opportunity to work with large organizations in a way that aligned with my own values and preferred way of working with clients
What makes Brimstone unique?
Brimstone is unique in understanding that getting better business results, aligning organizations, and developing leaders are inextricably intertwined. All three matter and a successful engagement appreciably improves each of these dimensions.
What do you like most about your role?
The unusual opportunity to be coaching teams on achieving successful projects while simultaneously coaching individuals on their own professional development. The ability to offer introductions to the practices of mindfulness and meditation to our clients is an added gift.
How do you recharge?
My meditation practice is crucial to enabling me to recenter and to be in the present moment in a non-reactive way. My tradition of attending several extended meditation retreats each year was interrupted by Covid, but I hope to resume that practice in this coming year.
