We believe we have a responsibility to our clients, our employees, our communities large and small, our environment, and the people we serve. Our responsibility includes pro bono work and supporting organizations that share our values and that have a positive impact on our communities and environment.

Every Brimstone team member is encouraged to engage in their community. We coach administrators in schools, work with executive directors of food pantries and homeless shelters, sit on nonprofit boards, and lead teams of volunteers. Brimstone underwrites a portion of this time and provides resources to support this work.
