Mark Walztoni
Mark assists clients to plan & execute M&A human capital due diligence and integration strategies and improve the employee experience, by applying his human resources executive, top tier consulting firm, coaching, and venture partner experiences.
He recently led Crowe’s Human Capital M&A practice as a Managing Director, focusing on emerging and middle-market companies and private equity firms and their portfolio companies. His team tailored and implemented practical change leadership, stakeholder communication, culture alignment, and capability building strategies to accelerate value, reduce risks and strengthen future deal and transformational business change capabilities.
His career also includes over 20 years of experience as a senior human resources and M&A leader within American Express, EY, and Thomson Reuters, and over 15 years assisting strategic acquirers and private equity firms in over 50 transactions. Mark earned an MA in Organizational Psychology and Consulting at Columbia University of New York and is certified in executive coaching, individual and organizational transition, and executive assessment.
