Dave Roberts, Ph.D.
Dave brings to Brimstone over three decades of experience in organizational and talent effectiveness focused on helping organizations improve business results. He has consulted to Fortune 500 organizations in telecommunications, technology, banking, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, aerospace, and defense systems industries. Dave helps companies translate strategy into action, remove the obstacles to successful execution, and develop the internal capabilities needed to successfully compete in the ever-changing marketplace. At Brimstone, Dave’s clients have included General Motors, Corning Incorporated, Centene Corporation, Express Scripts, Epsilon Data, and FMC. Previously, Dave was a client of Brimstone while at both Western Union and Waste Management. He served as a leader on Western Union’s Integration and Talent Management teams where he put in place operating mechanisms, organizational structures, and business processes that sparked breakthroughs in performance. He implemented global talent management strategies and initiatives to address culture change, succession planning, leadership development, performance management, training, and staffing. Additionally, Dave was part of a CEO-sponsored team focused on improving Western Union’s operating discipline, productivity, and core processes through Lean Six Sigma.
Dave has a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and a BS in Psychology from Oklahoma State University. He also holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Dave lives in Glenwood Springs, Colorado with his wife.
