Michael Hornsby

As a Managing Director for Brimstone, Michael works side-by-side with CEOs and their leadership teams to envision and engage in the work of transformation. For the last fifteen years, he has led Organizational Change engagements with clients such as Express Scripts, Keurig Green Mountain, Epsilon, The New York Times, Ingram Barge, Motorola Solutions, and Royal Dutch Shell. He also heads up Brimstone’s Executive Coaching Practice and specializes in advising C-suite leaders on how to systemically increase the performance of their organizations, their next level of leaders, and their own leadership capabilities. Michael’s previous career experiences include working as an international compensation analyst, an English teacher in the Czech Republic, a Watch Officer at the Hurricane Island Outward Bound School, and a Ski Instructor in Jackson Hole.

Michael has a BA in Political Science from Middlebury College, and is fluent in Dutch and French. He lives in Putney, Vermont with his wife and daughter.
