Ingrid Jackson

As a successful entrepreneur and business owner, Ingrid has an inner drive for success and a passion for developing the potential of others. As a former NCAA Division 1 All-American ski racer, Ingrid has always valued and relied on the role of coaches. With knowledge, support, and discipline, they enabled her to dig deep, understand what she was missing, and find a path to even greater success. At times, when she felt “stuck,” her coaches helped her identify barriers and to think more expansively about the solutions. They provided much more than instruction; they gave her sightlines to clarity. What she gained by being coached in ski racing, she has been able to translate into other areas of her personal and professional life.

Ingrid received her Executive Leadership Coaching certificate from Georgetown University Center for Transformational Leadership.  She is passionate about engaging her clients in purposeful conversations that focus on their development and desired results.
