Tori’s experience working at Outward Bound, NOLS and as a lifelong sailor, has taught me that dynamic shared-experiences are powerful change agents. I’m passionate about helping teams find solutions outside of the box, experience success through failure, stretch perspectives and push their leadership to the next level. These experiences are unforgettable, revealing authentic leaders who show tenacity, agility, perseverance, compassion and grit, and ultimately impact business results.
In her free time, she spends her winter couch surfing to ski at Sugarloaf with family and friends and chasing her kids around. A life-highlight (so far) was sailing with her husband and 3 young children 5,000nm from Maine to Grenada. She lives in Rockport, Maine with her husband, three children and dog and cat (Zephyr and El Gato).
